Below you will find the most frequently asked questions relating to the 2010 Washington Decoupling Mechanism examination. More questions and answers will be posted as Cascade receives them from potential vendors.

1. On page 5 of the RFP, it states "Thursday, January 15, 2010". Is the proposal due on Thursday the 14th or Friday the 15th?

2. We would love to save some trees and submit our proposal on CD. Do we need to send 8 CDs, or is 1 sufficient?

The due date for submitting proposals for the examination of our Washington Decoupling Mechanism is Friday, January 15, 2010.

2. We would love to save some trees and submit our proposal on CD.   Do we need to send 8 CDs, or is 1 sufficient?

Per the Request for Proposals, we will require eight (8) physical copies of the proposals which can be sent either in hard-copy or CD-ROM format.
