To ensure that your homes adhere to Northwest ENERGY STAR Builder Option Package (BOP) requirements and standards, please click here. Northwest ENERGY STAR also requires an approved verifier to ensure all ENERGY STAR measures are properly implemented

To participate in the New Homes Incentive program, please fill out the incentive application form and mail it to the address below. Applications must be postmarked and submitted to CNGC for processing no later than 90 days following installation of the required measure.
