Using our Online Account Services module helps us expedite your service request. Please sign-up for our online account services or login. You can also call our customer service center at 1-888-522-1130 and one of our customer service representatives will assist you.

Please DO NOT use Cascade's online forms if:

  • You need service within the next two business days; or
  • Your service has been disconnected because you have not paid your Cascade Natural Gas bill.

Instead, please call our Customer Service Center at 1-888 522-1130. We are available to take your calls from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m, Monday through Friday.
