Introduction
Cascade Natural Gas Corporation is pleased to announce the opening of our New Construction Service Center, located in Sunnyside, Washington, on September 3, 2002. The service center has been designed to streamline and facilitate the installation of new service lines for builders throughout our service area, to any residence or development.

The service center staff will process and handle all new service installation
requests from all qualifying builders. After a builder is qualified, they will be
able to submit a request for a service line installation by telephone, fax or
e-mail, and we'll do the rest. We are confident that the service center will be able to make the builder experience easy. One call will do it all.

Request Process
Who should request service installation?
This request is to be used by qualifying builders who are ready to install a service line to a residence or development in Cascade Natural Gas Corporation's service territory.

How do I qualify?
Builders must be pre-qualified by completing a master agreement with Cascade Natural Gas Corporation. If you would like more information on the qualification process, please contact the New Construction Service Center toll free at 1-866-412-8829; fax your request to 1-509-837-5990; or e-mail ncsc@cngc.com. You may also contact your local Cascade Natural Gas Corporation office for this agreement.

What happens next?
After we verify your eligibility, you will receive confirmation of your request. Please make sure that all information is provided to expedite the installation of service.
Ready for your meter set ?
Please use one of the following methods to request a meter set:
- Call 1-888-522-1130. Follow the “meter set” prompts to connect with a customer service representative who will assist you with scheduling.
- Use our “Meter Set Fax Request”. Click here to Download a printable version of the Meter Set Fax Request form. Fax your completed form to CNGC Call Center at fax # 1-509-837-5990.
- Email your request. Email your Field Facilitator to request the electronic version of the form. Your facilitator will provide you with the electronic form and any necessary directions you will need to complete the form. Email your completed request to service@cngc.com.
