To make a payment at a pay agent, you must have your current bill stub. Payments made at a pay agent take up to 48 hours to post to our system. If your account is due for disconnection, please call Customer Service at 1-888-522-1130 between 7 a.m. - 7 p.m., to report the amount of your payment and receipt number.
