Bill Payment Options

Cascade Natural Gas offers many convenient payment options designed to make your bill paying as easy as possible.

1.

Make a free, online payment from your active U.S. checking account. An easy and secure way to view and/or pay your bill online 24/7.

2. Pay online using your credit card, debit card or electronic check by visiting https://paymentscngc.billmatrix.com or by calling Bill Matrix at 1-877-898-9253. There is a convenience fee charge of $3.50 per transaction that BillMatrix® receives for providing this service
3. Enroll in our Automatic Payment Plan (APP). Your payment is automatically withdrawn from your preauthorized U.S. checking account on the day payment is due.
4. Pay by cash, check, or money order at one of our payment locations.
5. Mail your payment with the bill stub provided with your bill to:

NOTE: If you are paying on a Disconnection of Service Notice, please contact Cascade Natural Gas at 1-888-522-1130 to let us know that payment has been made.

Free Online Payments

We offer a free electronic payment service through any active U.S checking account. Login to your Cascade Natural Gas online account to schedule your payment. If you do not have an online account set up, you can create one quickly and easily by enrolling. To enroll, you will enter your sign up and checking account information on our VeriSign secure website. Once this information is entered, you are now eligible to make online payments. The information will be saved on our secure website so your future payments are only a couple of mouse clicks away. Cascade’s ePayments are fast, easy and free!

Budget Payment Plan

To help you budget for your gas bill, we offer a Budget Payment Plan. We will estimate your annual bill based on your usage in the previous year and divide the amount over 12 monthly payments.

Your account will be reviewed every three months to make sure the balance will be as close to zero as possible at the end of the plan year. Any remaining balance will be included in the following year's payment amount. Some customers choose to combine this option with the Automatic Payment Plan for ease and predictability.

Automatic Payment Plan

Take advantage of our convenient, no cost Automatic Payment Plan that will ensure that your monthly natural gas bill is always paid on time, with no stamps to buy, or trips to the post office to make.

To enroll, simply enter your information and print this online authorization form. Once you have printed and signed the authorization form, attach a "voided" check, and mail them to the address below or fax to 1-888-649-9912. If it's more convenient, scan the completed signed form, along with the "voided" check, and email to customerservice@cngc.com.

Once you enroll in the plan, an electronic payment will be deducted from your pre-authorized U.S. checking account and applied to your natural gas account each month. You will continue to receive a monthly bill and the electronic payment will be made approximately 14 business days after you are billed. Your monthly billing statement will show you the amount of your automatic payment and the date it will be withdrawn from your bank account.

Electronic transactions are protected by federal regulations and subject to stringent safeguards. Most US banks are eligible. Please contact us at 1-888-522-1130 for more information, or to receive an authorization form.
