Regulatory Rates and Tariffs Info

Cascade Natural Gas Corporation is subject to regulatory oversight from the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (WUTC) and the Oregon Public Utility Commission (OPUC). The Company must comply with the Commission’s rules and regulations and must obtain regulatory approval prior to changing the Company’s tariffs. The tariffs contain the Company’s rules and regulations along with the rates and charges for services.
