IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THE BIG HEART GRANT
Many customers were sent a letter stating their account was automatically credited through our Big Heart Grant. Unfortunately, an error caused this letter to be sent to some customers who did not automatically qualify for the grant. We are working to notify customers who received this letter in error, and sincerely apologize for the confusion this has caused. If you received this letter, you may still be eligible for the Big Heart Grant. Call Customer Service at 888-522-1130 to find out if you qualify. Cascade Natural Gas now offers online chat through Online Account Services. Online chat is available to Cascade’s customers Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. to 3 P.M. Login to your account and click the chat icon near the bottom of the screen to chat with an agent.
