How to Identify CNGC Employees and Our Commitment to Respecting Your Privacy and Property
At Cascade Natural Gas, we understand the importance of your privacy and the trust you place in us when our employees are working near your home. We want you to feel confident anytime someone representing CNGC is on your property.
How to Identify an MDU Employee
- All CNGC employees carry an official company identification badge and may wear a CNGC uniform that can include hat, vest, shirt and jacket.
- Vehicles used by our employees are clearly marked with the Cascade Natural Gas Corp. logo. Please note, our employees may be on foot with their vehicle parked elsewhere for certain projects like going door-to-door performing surveys or relights.

When You May See Us on Your Property
- Our employees will only enter your property when it is necessary to maintain or provide service, such as performing preventive maintenance, reading or maintaining a meter, or responding to a service-related issue or emergency.
- In many cases, employees may need to access meters located in a backyard or side yard.
- If a visit requires entering your home, we will typically arrange this with you ahead of time.
